It was time for Nigeria to experience what the North Korean female footballers experienced, having the wrong National colours on display. Now am’ i the only one to suggest there was something ironical about OUR matter.
Whilst it was widely reported that the football match was delayed for a considerable amount of time, in the case of Nigeria, it was either not noticed at all, or our officials failed to flag it with Olympic officials. I guess they couldn’t be bothered or was it a case of lack of National pride? You tell me!

And Nigeria recorded its first ever win in Olympic men’s basketball defeating Tunisia by 60-56. Congratulations to Nigeria.
