ST JAMES’s Palace condemned an Irish newspaper today after it published pictures of the Duchess of Cambridge sunbathing topless on holiday.
The Irish Daily Star printed the controversial long-lens snaps in its Republic of Ireland edition today, amid claims there were still unpublished photographs of Kate Middleton which were ‘more intimate’.
A dismayed Palace spokesman said today: “There can be no motivation for this action other than greed.”
It comes despite Prince William and his wife Kate saying they will sue the French magazine Closer – which first published the pictures – for what their spokesman called a “grotesque and totally unjustifiable” invasion of privacy.
