Nigerians mock shameful Sports Minister Solomon Dalung on Victorious Nigeria Olympic football team.

The man, Solomon Dalung has no shame whatsoever. As long as a President of Nigeria is not bold enough to appoint the best brains to manage a ministry irrespective of ethnicity, the country will forever be ruled by nincompoops . Imagine the sports Minister whose priority was not to cater for athletes representing Nigeria to the Olympics games. For crying out loud, the man is certainly never going to have this unique opportunity again to preside over a Nigerian contingent to an Olympic event. The flight arrangements were so shabby that President Buhari need not wait for his sports minister’s resignation for him to be sacked. It was that embarrassing. Yet he was not ashamed to congratulate them. – Jide Salu

The Honourable Minister of Youth and Sports Barrister Solomon Dalung heartily congratulates the National U-23 football team for their outstanding 5-4 victory over Japan in their opening Group B game.

According to Barrister Dalung, “The Dream Team VI not only showed resilience in the face of adversity but demonstrated patriotism, teamwork and the CAN DO SPIRIT that Nigerians are known for globally”.

He urged them to put aside all that happened in Atlanta and focus on the challenges ahead. He also pledged Federal government’s backing for the team.

“The President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, President Muhammadu Buhari is proud of your achievement this morning and will continue to support you as you seek to relive the 1996 feat“.

God Bless the Dream Team VI.
God bless Nigeria.
